1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between as444 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the as444 website accessible at as444.app and any associated mobile-optimised versions of that site. These Terms apply to all products offered through the as444 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and the as444 cricket sportsbook.

as444 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Platform Availability

as444 makes no representation that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and circumstances beyond as444's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. as444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance. as444 is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with as444, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the as444 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You are not a current or former employee of as444, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the as444 platform or had your account closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily, without compulsion, when registering and wagering.

as444 operates age-verification checks as part of the account registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Players who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will have their account suspended and any funds held pending verification. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 will be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the as444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. as444 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your as444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. as444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the as444 support team immediately via live chat at as444.app.

3.3 KYC Verification

as444 is required to carry out identity verification as part of its commitment to safe and responsible operation. You may be asked at any time to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a passport, a valid driving licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, or a selfie photograph for facial-match purposes. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. as444 reserves the right to set verification thresholds at its discretion and to request re-verification if account activity warrants it.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your as444 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 5.3 Free Spins

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.3 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the operation of any game or betting market on as444, as444 reserves the right to void any affected round, bet, or transaction and to restore account balances to their state prior to the affected event. as444 will not honour payouts resulting from a malfunction and accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of such a malfunction beyond the return of the original stake. 7. User Obligations

By using the as444 platform you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair, honest, and lawful use of the service. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in your account:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with as444.
• Attempting to access the platform using another player's credentials or impersonating any other person.

• Using funds of criminal origin for any transaction on the as444 platform. as444 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering on as444.
• Behaving in a manner toward as444 support staff or other players that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory.

as444 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are identified, as444 may freeze account access pending investigation and may permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

as444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or where as444 is required to do so by applicable law or the instructions of a relevant authority. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by as444.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement directing as444 to suspend or close the account.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the as444 responsible gaming tools or support team.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your as444 account at any time by contacting the as444 support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a verified closure request, as444 will close the account and return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) to the player's last verified payment method, subject to standard KYC checks. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours of verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of one week, one month, six months, or permanent exclusion via the as444 responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard or by contacting support. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

Where a dormant account holds a real-money balance, as444 will make reasonable efforts to return that balance to the account holder before any administrative fee is applied. The dormant account policy will not result in a negative balance; the maximum administrative charge applicable in any period will not exceed the balance held in the account.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, as444's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. as444 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
